Myopia Management Online (COPE #127226)
To effectively integrate the principles of myopia management and recent research findings into patient care, this course utilizes several typical cases of progressive myopia to illustrate the key components in clinical decision making for the target patient population.
In this 4-hour, online asynchronous CE course, learners will be guided through a case-based approach to myopia control education, which includes real patient encounters.
Per COPE requirements, you must pass a 40-question post-course test in order to receive the full 4 hours of CE credit for this course (10 questions per CE hour). Partial completion of a COPE course does not qualify for COPE credit.
Learning Objectives:
- Get comfortable in proactively managing myopic children using an evidence-based approach;
- Become familiar with fitting specialty contact lenses on a pediatric population;
- Understand the mechanisms behind available clinical treatment options.
